2002 4runner cross cable boost

I accidentally crossed cables while giving my 4runner a boost. car was completely dead. Purchased a new battery, Vehicle still had no power at all except for the door locks. I replaced the ALT 120 amp fusible link, and the power was restored. Engine turns, however, it still doesn't start. I can smell fuel, so I'm thinking that the problem might be ignition..Could there be any other fuses I might have blown?

Well it is possible to have damaged almost anything in the electrical system.

Was your luck really bad and you damaged the ECM

Any of the fuses could be open .

No fast easy way one has to work through circuit by circuit.
