2001 Tacoma slips out of 4wd
Hello,
I'm a newbie to YotaTech and a newbie to the world of Toyota trucks. I recently picked up a 2001 Tacoma Xtra Cab with 101,000. I've owned it for about 2 months now and have never put it in 4wd until the other day when it snowed pretty bad here in SLC, UT. I put it in H4 and it'll engage into 4wd and drive OK for a little bit and then I'll see the shifter slip forward and go back into H2. I then put it back into H4 and it'll do the same thing. Has anyone experienced this before or heard of this issue?
Thank you in advanced!
