1986 runner loud knocking...please help a newbie

truck starts and will run until it warms up. but a loud knocking noise is heard. feeles like it's under my right foot. when warmed up it looses power and won't stay running. please help... i love my runner.

just moved it and sounds like the noise is in the top of the engine.
