Trailer hitch center bar for 97 4Runner near Cincinnati Ohio

The center bar (where the draw bar slides into) is rusted pretty bad, the rest is good. i'm looking for a used one. Near Cincinnati Ohio.

I know this is an old thread. Im looking for a trailer mount to the frame. I don't know what you would call it, but what the hitch goes into. Thanks I have a 98

Does anyone have a complete stock setup for sale?

I was reading that even if I get a stock one I may have to weld on some nuts or that there is another piece required.
