yes, you can

there may be an issue with clearing the brake calipers if it came with 17s but i believe others have done this before.

 

depends on which model vehicle you have. If you have the SE trim then no. If you have the SR5 or the Limited (depending on the production date for the LTD version though) you can. The first production of the LTD version came with the same size rotors/calipers as the SR5 but mid-season they went w/ the larger rotor/caliper just like the SE.
