2007 taco 4wd - My buddy dropped his front wheel into hole on the edge of a mining rd yesterday. Definitely a bottom out but no real damage situation. Into 4wd it goes to get out and then stalls as it reaches level ground. No dash lights, no starter ........but the radio, fan work. Anyone want to take a guess what failed or was jarred loose into this fail situation ? Hopefully, this can help someone in the future.

Does he have a lot of things hanging from the keys?

 

So jingle jangles on the keys kill the ignition? Is it an issue with tacos or toyotas in general?
