2003 4Runner - new shocks & coils (lift?)

I have the 2003 v8 limited 4runner with xreas and rear air bags. It is going in for shock replacement (bilstein 5100) all around and conversion to coil springs in back. I am seeking comments/suggestions on what to set these bilsteins at and what if any rear lift I should go for in the rear. The vehicle is primarily a street vehicle, however, this replacement does provide an opportunity to introduce a little lift which I thought I would consider. The question is how much and how to best achieve it. Don't want anything huge where I would need to deal with other things just a small amount of lift maybe even things out. At the moment planning for setting the front bilsteins at 1.75" and getting a rear coil that theoretically provides 1.5" lift for the 4wd 4runner in the rear. I guess the other option was .85 lift on the bilsteins and going with a stock rear spring. Any thoughts/comments from those that have done similar? Thank you for any/all feedback.
