What is this?

So I looking around my engine bay to see if i can find the ks pigtail wiring for my code 52 but then i see this orange wire just chillin on the passenger side wheel well so i trace it across the engine to a plastic box that looks like it should be bolted to something with wires coming out the back and into the cab. Then there was a cable coming out of the front not hooked up to anything! (theres a loop at the end of the cable)

I went through every page of the chilton manual but couldn't find anything so I'm going with the next best thing.. You yotatechies!

well the cable looks to be for your cruise control servo

did the truck have factory cruise or is it an add on?

the wire looks to be more of a add on power wire for lights or something of that nature but your saying the wire runs into the round cruise servo?
