Were the 88 v6's covered under the recall?
I've been searching but it looks like only the 90-95 4runners were covered. Does anyone know where I can go to check, or get more info on Toyota special service campaign V06

Just call your closest dealer, and give them the VIN, and they'll be able to tell you.

I don't, since it didn't affect mine, but check the search - I'd be willing to bet that there's something there.
