I was replacing my vacuum lines looking for a leak and found that one of my VSV has a broken nipple on it. Part# 90910-12085 is a green one that sits on the Valve cover. I an unable to find a replacement everywhere i looked says discontinued does anyone know of an alternate part number I can use to replace this? cant find any in the Junk yard
What about trying a Aisin VST-001? If not that one, they have a few others. VST-012(maybe for a different connector?)

looked closer, connector may be the same, but VST-012 may be more like your 12085.
Once you determine whether your VSV is normally open when not powered, or normally closed then;
you should have little difficulty finding something that will work for your application.
As said, before, you might have to deal with connector plug differences.
I just went with VST-012 and seems to be working fine

A little late to the party here but confirmation for future visitors. Mine broke in the same place and I could not find the Toyota part cross referenced to an Aisin part number anywhere else! Only saw the used eBay ones. The aisin VST-012 was a perfect match for the plug and vac ports, it just won't bolt into the top of that bracket on the valve cover the same as the Toyota part so it just kind of sits there. Does the job anyway and $35 on amazon vice $50-60 at auto parts stores.
