Tire/wheel size change question.

I have a chance to pick-up some 265 70 17's. Will these fit on my 94 4runner that currently has 31 10 15's? The 265 are from a 3/4 full sized ford or dodge, looks like a 6 bolt set-up. Think they'll fit ?

Chevy bolt pattern will fit, not Ford/Dodge. Tires will but will rub a little on full lock.
