im just curious what i have to do to mount it im making it into a custom carrier for a cooler and gas tanks just herd you have to reinforce it somehow

 

You'll need to search... There are a few threads on here, as it has been done before. I've even done it. Google also helps...

You have to reinforce the body where it bolts to. Writeup on either 4x4wire or toyota.off-road.com with pictures.

I integrated it into my bumper/exo, so that part didn't really apply for me. Note, you need the tailgate off the donor truck too, as it has the latch mechanism and relocated reverse lights.
