power steering pump adjustment bolt

i cannot seem to get the psp adjustment bolt off. i am doing my timing belt and am following the walk through posted by buckz6319 (https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...s-pics-183911/
)

awesome thread btw....

i have managed to get my 6 point open end wrench in which seems to be between 13mm and 14 mm... do i have the wrong size? or any suggestions on how to get around this?

On the 3vz, the PS mounting bolts are 14mm. Don't know about the 22re.
