Power Stearing problems 91 4runner.

I have a 1991 4-runner 3vze and my power stearing is funny. The power stearing wheel that is connected to the drive belt and the power stearing motor. Has came out of the actuall power stearing motor and shifted over towards the passenger side. I moved it back, but the wheel won't stay stiff and connected to the motor. Now the belt is loose. Does this mean that My power stearing motor went out or is there some loose things? Please help?

A picture is worth a thousand words.

I think what you are saying is the power steering pump pulley has fallen off of the pump or just spins on the shaft? A loose belt is a different problem all together. It's hard to tell what you are talking about. Please clarify and maybe we can help.
