Hello,

Have any of you resprayed your interior plastic parts? I have done so in years past on other cars, but the parts were black .....so easy to match! Does anyone know of a match for the brown interior plastic parts in a 86 Toyota Pickup?

closest color I found was SEM corovan brown # 15023

Another person elsewhere recommended bluebird brown, also by SEM.

Anyone have experience with that?

I'm curious about the blue and grey colors that match best if anyone has insight. Gen 3 trucks

 

I've used Dupli-Color Vinyl and interior paint in the dark gray and was really happy with the ease of applying and the color match. But it doesn't seem to hold up very well if in the sun. I'll try SEM next time.

 

Looking for blue doorknob lock ring please let me know. I’d like to purcha$e one or both. Or any leads ,advice on painting another pair of lock knob trim rings what kind of
paint or any ideas welcome

 

Got the SEM cordovan brown, but it is much darker than the brown on my 86 dash (using the underside of a panel for comparison.....not the faded top side). Any other ideas? There are other SEM browns and of course other manufacturer browns, but I don't want to keep buying cans that are not a match!
