New throwout bearing noise after 2 months use 89 3vze

I replace my throw out bearing with a national brand. 3 year warranty from Oreillys. Well I already replaced it twice in 2 months. The first time only lasted 2 weeks then replaced it thinking it was defective. Well this is the second one I got and now makes nose again. What else could be the problem? I replaced the fork with a new one as well.
should I buy a koyo throw out bearing now?
how do I upload video on here?

i did not replace it this time. I replaced the pilot bearing 3 years ago. Since im going to open this up yet again. I might as well replace again. The fork arm looks still in place. I doubt the throw out bearing clip slipped off.

Do you have any freeplay with the clutch pedal? I assume the ones you have been taking out feel bad once out? When does you truck make noise? If it is the throw out bearing it would be only when the clutch is depressed if adjusted correctly. Give us more detail

The ones feel bad after i take them out. The first national brand I took off had noise after I spun it with my hand. Replaced it again after 2 weeks with the same brand. I thought maybe the first one was defective. Then second one lasted me a little over 2 months. This is a video I took.

It only makes noise when I fully press the pedal. These national bearings are just not good. Im going to order a koyo brand from yotashop

Throw out bearing makes no noise this time. No grinding bearings. At this point i think the pressure plate faulty. Going to replace the plate and clutch.

here's a vid of the pressure plate. Doesnt look bad perse but maybe the springs are wearing out.

Oh man that sucks. Did you replace the whole clutch and then your throw out bearing did the same noise? Did you only replace the throw out bearing?

Replaced original clutch and bearing etc, went with a poopy kit, learned my lesson so I replaced everything with a marlin kit, the clutch was still fine but since it needed torn apart again I figured I better put quality parts in.

But that noise is haunting, I hate it
