Going to look at this truck today. I want to know what you all think is a fair price for this, or if it's worth the hassle because of the potentially problematic 22rte? It comes with a new turbo, and a rebuilt trans on top of the one in the truck. Upper half of the motor was rebuilt 50K ago. Previous owner was an old guy who bought it new and babied it (apparently). And this guy uses it to commute 40+ miles a day. Thoughts? Thank you very much.

I don't think Toyota offered a factory locker in 1986, so I don't know why that's on the list of features in the Craigs list writeup.

The truck certainly looks good, but $6800 seems a lot for a 1986 vehicle with 270K miles. However, at this point you're moving from price based on functionality to price based on "classic" factor.
