Need some direction on lug nuts for 86 Toyota RV, dual rear wheel for one of our Face Book page members.

Gets confusing, 85 Toyota cab and chassis with a 1986 dual rear wheel 6 lug axle added. The 86 on the driver side uses left hand threads, the lug studs were replaced with right hand thread lug studs, Dorman 610-339. The 6 hand hole 86 wheels take a flat seat (non conical) nut.

A couple of us have looked around and do not find the flat seat 23mm M14X1.50 lug nut anyplace.

Part #, where to look any help? Looks like a trip to the dealer for this.
