AT lines, Rear Heater lines...

Ok, i have an 86 4runner that was an auto now manual. There are, what seem to be cooler lines running from the bottom of the radiator to the rear of the truck. Do i need to block these off? or can i just take em' off?

Rear heater lines I am taking the rear heater out and was wondering what i need to do to get the lines out and blocked?

TIA.

Just removed the rear heater lines on mine.

I jumpered the "in" and "out" lines across each other at the firewall instead of blocking them off.

Are you gonna be up this way for the TTORA Christmas Party this weekend? If so, I can show you how I did it.

those are probably for cooling the a/t fluid through the rad, seeing as how you have changed to an m/t, they are redundant. cap 'em and call it a day.
