Larry Kitahara - Yodaman ? DIRTSPORTS - Flatbed

Ok, random question but for the first time EVER, I finally saw a Toyota with EXACTLY the flatbed design/idea I've envisioned for the past 3 years. Even down to using square tubing.

www.yodaman.net is "under construction" =(

OK, so his truck was featured in a Flowmaster add in this months issue of DIRTSPORTS on page 73. I don't have a scanner so i can't scan the picture but his truck is awesome!

Anyone know how to get ahold of this guy maybe get some more pictures of his truck? google resulted in nothing for me.

THANKS

I wheeled with him in Moab.

I was struck by the use of clear paint, and commented on it. I was wrong.

The entire thing is done in STAINLESS. Its a work of art, in addition to a cage.

I was busy all day and forgot to give him a holler, if i can remember I'll call tomorrow.

Ike, was teh whole thing done in square tubing, the photo i have it's hard to tell but looks like possibly all of it (besides the bed) is 1.5"x.1.5" or thereabout square tubing.

i know this is an old post but i couldnt resist. larry AND paul are unbelievable mechanics, great guys, and have a talent for building great rigs. i came to know them about four years ago with no knowledge of my truck and larry explained the problems and let me fix it. and ya they have a lot of used spare parts. the day i move back to ca ill make a stop there it sounds like they have grown into the kind of shop with large customer base. yodaman-nothing compares
