Torque specs should be listed in the FSM. Free download search for it. Bolt diagram will be contained on the intake manifold gasket set. There is also a few 3.0 rebuild threads here you might wanna take a look at.

13 ft-lbf, ALL the bolts and nuts for the throttle body, plenum chamber, and lower intake manifold(no specs for the VAFM nuts...gutentite!).
Why would you want the bolt pattern? What are you going to do with that? And which bolt pattern are you talking about anyway? The intake manifold to head pattern, the plenum chamber to intake manifold pattern, the throttle body to plenum chamber pattern, or the VAFM to air filter box pattern?
