Identify that sound... before something goes boom

So to start out I broke a few bolts off on my intake manifold and a few failed attempts to get them out I replaced the manifold... spilled a bit of coolant into the crankcase during the process. forgot to drain the oil and test drove it (about 10 miles) and got a bad knock, bad enough that I had it towed back home. I drained the oil 10w-30 and replaced with some 5w-20 to flush it... the video is with 5w-20 I let it idle for about 2 min and no change... any ideas on what it could be?

let it idle a bit more hoping it was a stuck lifter or something when it came apart and there are now to large holes in the oil pan
