Question How can I test my injector connectors

How can I test my fuel injector connectors to see if they are working right? I suspect some wires may be faulty. Im trying to diagnose a dead cylinder.

The best way to do it would be to have an oscilloscope.
The 2nd best way to do it would be to put a test light across the terminals of each injector and see if you can see it flashing when the truck is running.. It's likely that it'll flash so fast that it looks like it's lit all the time. LED test light would be better.

Nice dog, btw.

I have a pretty good multi-meter, is there any way I could use that?

I have the throttle body off right now but plan on putting it all back together tomorrow, Can I perform any test (maybe on the connectors) while the engine is off?

Thanks, btw.

With the iginition on (engine not running) you should have 12v at both prongs of the connector when testing between the prong and engine ground.
That tests the 12v side.

The ground side has to be tested as I've suggested with the engine running - or at least turning over, across the connectors - one side of the volt meter on each prong of a single connector.
