Hissing sound passenger side -- broken hose?

3VZE Just put back together after valve cover gaskets and new flamethrower fuel injectors. Seems to be driving very well after just a quick drive. But I seem to have hissing sound right side. In process of flipping plenum (after 3rd or 4th time), I broke hose right side. It is too brittle to get back on. Could this be source of noise? Or something worse? Thanks for any thoughts.

I was thinking since I can't get hose fully seated there'd be leak/noise no matter what. I stopped tube up with finger and no change at all. I did same with tube end and no change.
