Help with electrical problem

While signaling to change lanes yesterday my turning signals quit working. I'll stopped and replaced the blown fuse. That blew within a short time later. While stopped to change the fuse the automatic transmission locked into Park. I was able to use the release to shift. The hazard lights worked for a while, but then blew the hazard fuse. I checked the voltage across the turning signal fuse and it showed over 13 volts and a slight increase as the turning signal lever was activated left or right, and a little lower when centered. This vehicle is bone stock, with the only recent < 1,000 miles ago, a fuel filter change and steering rod recall. The right turn signal indicator looks dimmer than the left when the turning signals are working with new fuse. Any ideas??? Already checked the trailer pigtail for shorts.
