Headgasket replacement

I managed to break off a chain tensioner guide bolt in the block from over torqueing and need some advice. I took the truck over to my friend's uncle, who was able to successfully extract it and now says that it needs a head gasket. According to him, oil is either leaking through the head or the gasket itself, I'm not too sure. Is it possible that the head is warped or do you guys think that it's ok and just needs a new gasket? I would greatly appreciate any input! Thank You!

well....gonna need more info than that.

why were you messing with the tensioner??

on what does he base that the head gasket is bad?

if the head got too hot, then YES, it's quite possible the head is warped. going to need more info on this.
