fuel issue help ..

fuel issue help ..
86 4x4 .. 22r
having an issue with the float bowl "empting"
very intermitant .. around town , good and strong .. as soon as it gets out onto the highway it will bog .. but only when it's hot (this dosnt take long at highway speeds .
replaced fuel pick up , fuel pump (4 times) fuel filter carb (new)
