Engine swap... Three bolts remain to complete!

Hello all. This is my first time posting (I think). This is my first pickup. 22RE 1990 4x4. First time engine swap! 28 year old parts took me about four days to clean up. Many struggles to get this far. My life depends on this truck running for the kids and for work. So! If you can answer this question I have, I would be extremely grateful.

I don't seem to have any leaks except from two or three bolt holes on the bottom right of the timing chain cover. I believe that an AC pump or AC something bolts on here. I don't have AC, I just have empty bolt holes!!! Does anyone know where I can get these two or three specific bolts? If not, does anyone know what size they are so I can go and hunt for that size?

I would love to post pics. Will try at some point. It's been an adventure doing this swap. Hitchiking an hour into town for parts that are the wrong size etc!!

Many thanks indeed!

That's a pretty terrific diagram; don't recall seeing anything like that in the FSM for the 3.0
