electrical issues???

electrical issues???
ok so i just installed my cd player and door speakers,when i was done i noticed that the tachometer wasnt working and the temp gauge is reading hottt the needle is passed the H. everything else seems to be working i checked the fuses does anyone got any suggestion ? thx in advance
