Driveline Repair in Watsonville, CA?
Hey guys, I'm down in Watsonville visiting my daughter. Looking for a shop to repair driveline on 91 Toy Ex-cab 22re/5 spd. Anybody know of someplace close by that does good work for good price? I've got to drive this thing back to Oregon in 3 weeks and would like to get rid of the horrible vibration first.

Mmmm, I have no idea where you are in southern Cali. If you travel out here to the valley there is a nice guy named Lee at a place called Soledad Automotive. Good work, but very busy man.

Watsonville, Ca Driveline repair
Sorry bout that. I'm on the Monterey Bay, South of Santa Cruz, north of Monterey. West of San Jose by about 75 miles. Hoping to find a shop in Santa Cruz, or Watsonville.

Not cocaine induced vibration
Pretty sure it's the large dent in the back half. Need to get it re-tubed and probably some new u-joints. Can get it done in Southern Oregon for about 100.00. Hope to find a decent shop down here to do it for reasonable price.

In the central CA coast area the place to go is Salinas Truck. 1-800-468-6878, they are at 1103 Abbott St in Salinas.
New tube on back half, carrier bearing and u-joints, balanced and out the door for 290.00.
Only took 3 days to get the carrier in from LA.
Not too shabby.
Talk to Bob if you get a chance, quite a character.
