Has anyone seen the Downey redisigned front shock mounts. Claimed to double front wheel travel. The discription Downey gives is pretty vauge. I dont see how its possible to double your wheel travel with longer re-located shocks. Can some one fill me in on this. Anyone know a price?

 

I belive that is for use with the Rancho upper a-arm kit. Which by the way I have and can say Downey can kiss my a**. Downey is over priced, stuck up about thier stuff and really when it comes down to it, thier stuff an't much to bragg about.

The only thing that will improve your wheel travel is low profile upper arm snubbers and or BJ spacers. The stock shock mounts can be adapted to accommodate either or both mods.

 

Rancho PFFT,,my upper arm broke, Downey and Rancho would not touch it, Land Cruiser Solutions in NH welded it up, sweet
