Crap 22re,reman or rebuild

Well you have all helped out alot in the past and I know it gets real annoying answering the same question over and over again so if you could just answer it one more time please..

So i'm in Oregon and once again in a years time I have to replace my motor from a blown head gasket, but this time I want to do it right instead of doing a backyard job even though I think we did a fine job. So yes the question would be where can I find a good remanufactured motor in this state im not looking to get one shipped so LC is out of the question and Jaspers is way to exspensive I found a guy in washington that would do it for around 2k but I have never heard of him posts on craigslist and has a website site http://www.mwautorepair.com/services.html sounds like a nice guy to me,I have also called a place that I beleive they use jonkat motor http://www.22re.com/jonkat/ they looked nice a little pricey but not as exspensive and I also found a link on this site to a place up in seattle http://www.rebuilt-auto-engines.com if somebody could help me out once again it would be much appreciated..I want to have it installed and stuff I dont want to do it myself at all..

DO NOT USE MWAUTOREPAIR. The guy does not use toyota parts and does crappy work at best. He did'nt tighten the rear main bolt... leaked. My mechanic had to eat the cost of dropping the tranny to fix it. Then within 1000 miles the timing belt started to rattle against the cover. I asked for a new tensioner and chain and he sent me just the tensioner. (Not a toyota part) He then stated that the timing belt should be fine and he was not going to replace it. "and I don't use toyota parts" Even though he places a huge toyota logo on his website. Not sure about the rest of the toyota population, but if there is even a thought the chain is bad....YOU REPLACE IT!!!. I felt bad for my mechanic cause he took a hit on the labor while I took hit on the parts. If your smart, do not buy from this guy. Use someone who at least uses toyota parts in his blocks.
