confused about aftermarket intake manifold

ok so i have a 86 22r pickup. the intake manifold is leaking and instead of swapping the waterplate gasket ima just put a new intake manifold on. from what i can tell there are 2 choices. the lce http://www.lceperformance.com/Downdr...-p/1032061.htm or the offy http://www.offyparts.com/product_inf...roducts_id/322

the part im confused about is the compatibility with my carb. i have a weber 32/36. i have read a few other threads that talk about offys not being compatible with progressive carbs like the 32/36. i cant figure out if either of the two that i am looking at will even work.

thanks for your help.

Well, first things first...those are both Offy dual planes. Id heard that the dual planes aren't compatible with the progressive carbs, but I'd have to think they wouldn't make the manifold with the 32/36 pattern and also make the carb base holes match the 32 and 36 mm carb if they couldn't run them on it. Mostly speculation by me at this point, though, my advice would be to call LCE and ask them.

I'll call and report back. So just to make sure, the lce manifold is an offy and not lce brand?
