can miss sized egr gasket cause issues?

Hey all
I put 22re back together after replacing head gasket and fuel injector gaskets.
Dist is in correctly.
When driving engine is running rough. I can feel vibration in steering wheel and gas pedal and hear it also.
When i replaced the gasket between egr and rear of plenum i may have out an undersized gasket between the two. Stupid me did not check size hole to make sure gasket lined up. Anybody know correct hole size?
Anyways could this cause the bad performance? Did not notice until day 2 of driving.
Thanks in advance

That was it!
I looked up a photo of proper erg gasket. Mine was still in the bag.
Put it on and engine running smooth as can be for a 22re.
Case closed!

They don't run too good with huge vacuum leaks.
