bumper bracket bolt removal

ok im in the process of installing a body lift on my truck and got into a little snag today....when removing the bolts from the cab i removed the 4 main bolts however i wanted to removed the bumper and remove the radiator support bolts and i got three of the four bumper bracket bolts off. i don't know how to get the other off. the head is stripped, and i can't budge it. the nut it is connected to is welded to the inside of the body mount. not sure if im making myself clear so let me know if im not. i need help

I've never had good luck with easy-outs/bolt-outs but the welded nut plus an impact always works for me.
