Body lift and Auto Trans

Body lift and Auto Trans
Just bout a 91 runner, no rust, power everything, but it was auto, that was my only drawback. I am planning a 3" suspension lift closer to summer, but for now a 2 or 3" body lift will help clear some 33" rubber I have sitting here. All the sites Ive found that sell body lifts say they do not work with auto trans. Is there any lifts I can use of am I SOL?
