for the guys that like to keep things simple and stock appearance,this is an easy swap. dont like a chevy big part in my truck since i dont have so much space cause the turbo intake and lower rad hose from celica makes my alternator a very tight fit.i dont have fancy lamps around the truck or winch but the villager fan is killing my charging system when the a/c kick on the 2nd speed of this fan. alternator is from 94-95 acura integra,mounting is a direct fit,upper mount doesnt have thread so you will need to add a helicoil or an insert. will use a 22re alternator pulley but the acura alt shaft is 17mm so you will need to open the bore of the pulley,next voltage reg. plug of the acura is 4 pins,you will use 22re stock 3 pin voltage regulator and grind the back cover so the plug can connect,change your fuse for a 100a and replace the alternator wire with a #8 at least or add an sec. #10 wire in addition the stock wire. voltage before at 800rpm was 11.9 with lights on,a/c on and villager fan in 2nd speed and discharging,now 13.5 at same conditions,the windows go up faster and lights brighter. was in a hurry to move the truck from my work shop so sorry no pics of step by step.
