94 pickup squealing when accelerating

Hello, still new to the site and even more so to vehicles period. I currently have a 94 pickup short bed with a manual 96 3rz motor and a stage 3 clutch kit. Whenever I accelerat from a dead stop it squeals and occasionally rumbles. When driving it today I noticed it squealed once when shifting to 2nd gear. The main suspect is myself by not releasing the clutch padal, not giving enough gas or a combination of the two. There are times the noise is absent when I give a little gas before releasing the clutch pedal. All fluids are where they should be. Adjusting the clutch pedal freeplay helped out from time to time. Let me know if I need to give more information and I'll do my best to explain. I'm hoping to get responses telling me that I just basically need to learn how to drive the darned thing but I'd like to find as many possibilities you have to offer. Thanks for the help in advance.
