I've been looking and looking on line and in the fsm and asking anyone I know about my code 14 In My 22re. It's a 91 2wd reg cab base. It'll run great for 1000 miles and then one day just decide to act up. It starts w a minor misfire well driving then stalls well driving ill pull over and it will not restart for about 10 mins. Once restarted it will either run for another 1000 or limp all the way home and need to rest for the day. I've done plugs wire cap rotor coil o2 sensor coolant temp sensor.

Now I know the code is for the ignition system but I've replaced everything but the $200 ignition module, haven't done that yet bc of cost and every forum I read the person replaces that to no avail.

Can any one pls help me, if you've had this code how did you solve it, I love this truck but my ford ranger never left me stranded, so it might have to come back into service!
