I have a buddy that is selling his 89 p/u. I saw it at the local autozone and he had the front skidplate in the bed of the truck. I called him to see if I could have/buy it. Anywho, got the skid plate and was darn sure it would fit. Just started to put it on, and the thing seems like it is longer than what needs to be on mine. Anyone know for sure??

 

i used to have one from a 93 4unner on mine and it fit perfectly.

ha, naw. one of the bolts that go in the from crossmember was stripped off so i only had 3 bolts holding it on and less than 24 hours after i put it on, i was out playing in some rutted up mud. I had to go in reverse so the part that stuck down got bent upwards then a bolt on the top of the frame it broke there too. So i have 2 sheared off bolts. i run no skidplate now

 

haha, I hope that doesn't happen to me. I guess it wouldn't matter if I can't get the stupid thing to fit...
