86 22r 4X4 Weber 32/36 DGEV Fuel Shut Off Valve

I have a 1986 4X4 Toyota truck 22r new engine, new a/c, egr delete.new weber 32/36 DGEV, runs great, timing set to 0 degrees, 32/36 idle and mixture set according to instructions. I have only vacuum advance connected to carb. removed all smog control. PVC connected along with breather hose, new fuel pump, new fuel regulator 4psi. My problem is setting this carb as stated, it idles very low like 500 rpm, truck shakes, bring it up to 700 smooth as silk.Only problem dieseling when shut off. And, sometimes dieseling at 500 rpm setting at shut off. So I order a fuel shut off valve from redline, has anyone ever installed one and if so what are the do's and dont's. Any help would be appreciated.

I installed the fuel shutoff valve on my 32/36 and my 38. Works great on the 32/36 and so so on the 38 (due to both barrels opening together).

Webers don't like more than 2.5 psi - 4 will likely create problems.
