3.4 Clutch on 1992 3.0 V6

Hey guys, i tried searching around but didnt get the answer im looking for.... I have a USED 3.4 clutch and flywheel I am looking to use in replace of the 3.0 clutch, do i need to resurface the flywheel if it has already mated with the clutch before?

I cleaned and polished the flywheel surface and clutch plate up a little with some fine grit sandpaper and brake cleaner. It seemed to help get rid of the clutch chatter marks.

The 3.0 clutch is pretty old @ 210k miles and slips if i hammer down on the throttle(hills its really bad)

Lots of people install new clutches on flywheels that should be scrapped all the time.

Either from lack of planning or not really knowing
