22rte wont idle (vacuum related)

I know its vacuum related because the truck ran until I was messing around with the vacuum connections. I was hooking up an external wastegate but I had put the vacuum lines on the wrong side of the throttle plate (after) and then truck wouldn't idle, I reverted back to the working configuration and the truck still wouldn't idle. Now it doesn't seem to regulate vacuum correctly. If I cause a vacuum leak by unhooking any random vac hose, the truck will idle but I have no throttle control. It will sustain an idle but I cannot control the revs. I have completely removed the A/C idle valve and switching valve, since then without any change. I would greatly appreciate any help. I have the FSM vacuum diagram and the lines are connected properly but no go.

Is there something I'm over looking. I will post pictures of the vacuum lines here shortly.
