Hey guys been trying to figure out a weird problem i've been having with my 4 runner. It cold starts and goes to 1200 rpm, then bounces between 1200-1000 until it decides that its fully warm then i'll drive it for a few minutes and the idle will slowly drop down to 800 then maybe an hour or so later it hits 500 then out of the blue i'll come to a stop light and be at 200. I have a code 71 but I haven't gone through and messed with that since the car drives just fine.
