Do you know if there is a 4x4 indicator light in a 92 pickup extended cab with the 22re and 5-speed. I used my 4x4 today as we got a little ice and snow today. I just bought the truck last may and have not had it in 4wheel drive yet until today. You could tell the 4x4 was working but I figured there would be a light on the dash that told me it was engaged, but there was no light. Just wondering if there is one or not and if there is what should I look at in order to get it to work? All your help would be greatly appreciated.

 

There definately should be a 4wd light on the bottom of the guage cluster when in 4wd. Maybe the bulb is burned out or the indicator light wiring is dirty/disconnected.
