1989 4runner EFI tuning program?
1989 4runnner 3.0
I am working with friend who had the 3.0 rebuilt and had performance cams installed. At the time of engine install, the exhaust system will be upgraded to headers.
What tuning programs are being used?
Is there a recommended tuner in the Portland Oregon ,Vancouver Washington area?
