1989 22re Exaust Valve squeak? help

1989 22re Exaust Valve squeak? help

Hi i have a 1989 4Runner 22RE efi...

Had a blowen head gasket between 2-3 Cyl
I did not have liquids mix i stopped and had it towed whithin 30 sec to 1 min of it happening (I have had it happen to me before so i new it was the head gasket when the the exaust was foaming my radiator and pressurizing it.
Had a friend that was moving away help me with the gasket replacement before move and now
my Compression tests shows (c1)174,(c2)25 ,(c3)170,(c4)170
when i did a wet test (2-4oz of motor oil in plug hole before compression test) they went up to (c1)180 (c2)35 (c3) 190 (c4)186
with the valve cover off and turning it over wth remote starter switch when the cam pushes the exaust valve open it goes SQUEEEEEEK as it opens? There is oil flowing from where it should be...
Sorry I have never posted anywhere before so if i put the is the wrong place or anything else is wrong let me know.?
I need help on the one.
1? If i has a burnt valve (a valve that does not seal) It would not hold 25-30 psi from compression test for 4-5 hours would it.?
2? Is the valve bent and not closing and opening freely ?= Squeeek.
when it is running at idle the exaust sound like tink, tink, tink,...
PS my cat is not clogged

I did have to let it all sit idle for about 9 months.

Compression tests before gasket replacemt shows (c1)180,(c2)75 ,(c3)175,(c4)180

I have tried to soak cylendar 2 with atf over night 2- 3 times i has not helped. Originally thought it was rings but with the valve cover off the squeek it telling me somethings is wrong with the exaust valve.
I am waiting for a leak down gauge from harbor freight, I hope that do not take much longer...
Sorry so long and dis organized It's my first post anywhere...

What you're describing sounds like it's possible that somehow the valve on #2 got bent. Oiling the cylinder and the readings not going up much for that cylinder supports that.

Oh...

WELCOME TO YOTATECH!!!
Hope you enjoy your stay!
