Nasty squeal coming from motor, what is it?

I had assumed that it was my belts squeaking after my rebuild. The o-ring on the oil pump was pinched causing a slight oil leak which I thought was the cause of my belt squeak. I replaced my belts and the squeak is still there. I removed both belts and started it, the noise is still present. The motor is a 22re and when I removed the oil pump I saw the new 7mm front main seal not pressed in past the lip. I saw no grooves worn onto the face of it so I thought it was fine. Could this squeal be caused by the front main seal not being pressed in adequately or do I have a bigger problem?

I had a squeal I could never find once. Turned out to be the harmonic balancer. If u have the dual pulley look and see if one is loose. I posted about it a long time ago and loaded pics of it when I pulled it. Hope it helps.
