mystery part on my 84

so i dont have any of the manuals so i need your help so the other day my friend rear ended a car in my truck and i need to replace a part that i dont know the name of... i found it on ebay (link below) but the name they have i dont think is right... on the passenger side there is a some sort of steering arm right above the alex that looks visually bent, it bolts right on top of the axle and it has a bushing its attached to... im looking for the part name so i can find the best price... thanks for your help!

also if anyone know a site with lifts and other suspension parts for a good price let me know... i want to replace some of my suspension parts

That is a steering arm for sure. If you could post some pictures it would help us help you.
