Okay for those who don't know I have an 84 4runner and she is so good lookin, but she has been sittin for 3 years b/c my dad said it was a death trap b/c the axle seals blew and gear oil was getting on the brakes not letting me stop, so we parked her, and just when all hope was lost like 2 1/2 weeks ago I got tired of seeing such a good truck sit and go to waste and seeing as how I am in the T-Ten program(some toyota schooling) and I got an idea of what I was up against I pulled my truck out and me and my bf proceeded to install a 3in rough country lift, and rebuild the front axles and rear axles, and after the carb decided to act right; she would idle. Oh my god, is it going to snow my truck is actually sitting ther ideling on her own power. And that was when I had to take her for a spin, first on the side street and yeah it was nice but not good enough, so that is when I took the tags off of my car and put them on my truck and went out to play. And it was worth every minute of the wait, she looks great and ran fine. I'm possibly considering a re-gear of the front and rear b/c she has trouble going up hills but on the beltway he is crusin havin everyone stare in all of her glory. I will up load pics when I have a chance to take some, but I just thought I wold share my happiness with all of you guys.
